I want to give a longer review because this product deserves it. When we started looking for a monitoring solution, our main concern was noise. Previous tools sent so many false alarms that the team started ignoring them, which defeats the whole purpose. This one is different. The checks are accurate, the alert rules are easy to tune, and we can route notifications to the right people without building a complicated setup. Onboarding the whole engineering team took less than a day. We also appreciated the clean status pages, which we now share with customers during incidents. Pricing is fair for what you get, and the free tier was enough for us to evaluate it properly before paying. Over the last six months it has caught several outages before our customers noticed them. If you are a small team that needs dependable monitoring without a lot of overhead, I would strongly suggest giving it a try.

We tried three other tools before this one. The setup was quick, the dashboard is clear, and the alerts arrive the moment something breaks. Our team now checks it every morning, and support answered my one question within an hour. It has quietly become one of the tools we rely on most, and I recommend it to other founders.
