Customers who go quiet are often tough to find a solution for. However, I am working on a feature that, if the customer does not rebook for the next cycle, will push the notifications out until the next time they would need service. The idea being at some point their asset will need serviced again and if the timing is right the notifications may work the second time aroundCommented on UpKept12dCurrently, reminders are sent by text via on a consistent reminder schedule. However, I am working to add each of those additional features.
